The Book
The book, Learn More, Study Less, is a free add-on when you buy the course. It gives a good introduction to the fundamental concepts of holistic learning along with explanations and examples of many of the tactics in the video lectures. It’s not necessary to read the book to start watching the videos, so you can skip it if you learn better by listening!

The Bonuses
On top of the lectures and book, you get some great bonus content: case studies, interviews with other experts and resources you might find helpful!
Bonus #1: Learn Languages Faster w/ Benny Lewis – Benny Lewis is an international polyglot who speaks over 10 languages fluently. What’s more, he didn’t learn his first foreign language until he was already an adult, convinced that language learning was “too hard” for him. Here he shares how he broke through that barrier to learn languages as diverse as Spanish, Mandarin Chinese and German. If you liked this, check out Benny’s full language learning program Speak From Day One.
Bonus #2: How to Become a Straight-A Student w/ Cal Newport – Cal Newport is a best-selling author, MIT PhD and founder of one of the biggest studying blogs in the world, Study Hacks. In this interview he reviews the main tactics from his exhaustive research of straight-A students who got their grades without the stress. If you liked this, please check out his other books here!
Bonus #3: Metaphor Master Class w/ Kalid Azad – Kalid Azad is the math teacher we all wish we had. He takes hard college-level math concepts and digests them into a format a ten year old could understand. More importantly, he does this through the holistic method of metaphors and analogies. Here we discuss what is the best way to form metaphors, particularly for hard math and science subjects. Check out Kalid’s full math-hacking guide, Math: Better Explained.
Bonus #4: 4 Hours Per Day to a 4.0 GPA w/ Liam Martin – Liam was a former B and C student who, by changing his habits, became a straight-A student. Here he explains the methods he used to accomplish this feat. (PDF Notes are also available for this recording)
Bonus #5: Case Study Package – How have real students used these ideas? Here’s detailed walkthroughs of how six very different learners used the course to get amazing results.
