Ass-Kicking Email – Start learning better today!
Hey,
Thanks for signing up for the ass-kicking emails. You should get a
new email every week or so, with new tips, news and advice on
applying the tactics in the guide.
Some notes on the program:
1. If you want to access your content, you can get everything here:
https://scotthyoung.com/members/?page_id=42
Content is delivered monthly, which means as you continue your
membership, you’ll get access to future months’ content. That means
new guides, emails and bonuses.
2. Start taking action (not just reading), by writing your plan in
the forums!
The forums can be accessed here. I check the forums regularly and
try to answer as many questions as I can. The forums are a also
a great way to publicize your commitment to a particular training
strategy, so you can make sure to improve the way you learn.

3. I need to ask you a question/cancel my membership!
If you have any question–whether it’s about studying for a class
or information about your account, just hit REPLY to this email and
ask me. I try to answer all my emails within a day or two.
If you want to cancel, just hit REPLY to any of these emails and
let me know you want to cancel. If your name is different from the
billing info (i.e. your friends or a parent is billed) let me know
that too, so I can find your account easily.
Thanks for joining the program, I wish you the best of luck!

Hi Scott,
Am studying optical communications and also embedded system this semester.Including some few engineering course. My goal this month is to apply the metaphor skills in my studies.I believe that my study skills are o.k. I jot down good notes. So my question is, if I want to remember what I learn do i have to just remember the metaphor?
Scott Young
I suggest focusing on remembering the *concept* not the metaphor itself. Yes, if you remember the metaphor, that can be helpful, but never forget that your aim is to remember the underlying ideas and understand them better, everything else is just scaffolding.
So if I’m trying to remember how to do a net present value analysis in finance, and I create a metaphor that links them to a perspective drawing, that might make it easier for me to learn/understand NPV. However, during a test the primary thing I want to remember is NPV, even if I forget the metaphor I used to learn it.

hi. i need your help . if my card will exp next month how could new card info enter? there is no link for that. thanx
Scott Young
Nour,
Unfortunately Clickbank doesn’t make switching cards easy. The best way is just to wait until your card expires–they will try to bill you and, on failing that, send you an email asking to update directly. That’s the best/easiest way.

Hello Scott, I emailed you earlier as I was unable to access the members’ login page but I’ve managed to do that now:)
However I noticed that you said that all emails & updates are sent out automatically to our inboxes, however I have not received any for the past month. If you could please look into this…
Thanks
